Delicious & Healthy Gond Ke Ladoos To Try This Winter

When winter comes, our body needs an ample amount of strength to sustain the chilling climate. A variety of ladoos are made during this season, amongst which, Gond ke ladoos is a popular winter delicacy that provides a perfect amalgamation of taste & nutrition. 
Let's get started- 
  • 50 gm Edible Gum (Gond)
  • 1 cup A2 Desi Cow Ghee
  • 250gm Jaggery
  • ½ Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • ½ cup Cashew
  • ½ cup Raisins 
  • ½ cup Pistachios
  • ½ cup Almond
  • 1 cup Wheat flour

How to Prepare Gond Ke Ladoos

  • Heat 1 cup A2 desi cow ghee in a pan and stir fry all dry fruits for few minutes
  • Keep the dryfruits aside then fry the edible gum for 2-4 minutes 
  • Add wheat flour in the same ghee and fried till light brown
  • Next, grind all the fried dry fruits and gond to make coarse powder
  • Take a big vessel and add jaggery powder & cardamom powder
  • In this pot, add the dry fruits, gond, wheat and mix well with the help of a spatula
  • Take a fistful of mixture and shape it into a round ball
  • Finally, your tasty gond ke ladoos are ready to be devoured
